Gunmen Abduct Adelabu’s sister, twin children in Ibadan

Unknown gunmen have abducted Mrs Olaide Adegoke, the sister of the former Minister of Power and All Progressives Congress 2027 governorship aspirant in Oyo State, Bayo Adelabu.

She was abducted alongside her twin children in Ibadan, the state capital.

The ugly incident occurred at Challenge area of the premier state 

Adelabu, who confirmed the incident through his media aide, Femi Awogboro, described the incident as unfortunate.

The former power minister identified the twins children of his 43 years old sister as Peter and Paul.

He added that the victims were abducted by armed gunmen on their way to drop her children at school in city.

According to him, his sister until her voluntary retirement last year, had served meritoriously at both the Central Bank of Nigeria and First Bank Pension Custodian.

“Following her retirement, she relocated to Ibadan with her children while making preparations to eventually join her husband, Mr. John Paul, who had earlier relocated to the United States of America.

Meanwhile, the State Police Command is yet to speak on the matter as at the time of filing this report.
