CSP Dapo Ojekunle Wishes Christians a Joyous Easter Celebration

The Divisional Police Officer in charge of Itori, Chief Superintendent of Police, Dapo Ojekunle, has extended warm greetings to the Christian community on the occasion of Good Friday and Easter celebration.

In his Easter message he personally signed, CSP Ojekunle expressed his heartfelt wishes to Christians in Itori and beyond.

The Police Chief also prayed for a blessed and peaceful celebration.

He acknowledged the significance of Easter, commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The Divisional Police Officer encouraged Christians to reflect on the values of love, forgiveness, and renewal.

"Let me use the opportunity of Easter celebration which marked the death, crucification and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus, to urge everyone to maintain peace and harmony in our communities"

"Let us use this season to preach the importance of love, unity and understanding among ourselves towards achieving peaceful coexistence and the community free of criminal activities", he said 

CSP Ojekunle assured them of the police's commitment to providing security and ensuring a peaceful celebration.

He encouraged Christians to take advantage of the Easter period to bond with family and friends, and to spread love and kindness to those around them.

CSP Ojekunle also extended his greetings to Christians of all denominations, wishing them a blessed Holy Week and a joyous Easter celebration.
