NNPP Mourns Buhari, Commesirates With Tinubu, Nigerians

 

The National Leadership of New Nigeria People's Party led by Dr Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam the Founder and BoT Chairman with the National Working Committee (NWC) led by Dr Agbo Gilbert Major received with rude shock the news of the death of the immediate past President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, General Muhammad Buhari (GCFR). 

NNPP's National Secretary, Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday, in a statement, described the passing of Buhari at the critical moment of National development when his experiences shall be needed to support the current reformation initiatives of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as regrettable. 

"In spite of mixed feelings about his style of leadership, we believe Former President Buhari died as a man who fulfilled his dreams and ambition of ruling Nigeria as a Head of State and President of Federal Republic of Nigeria".

"taking solace in the fact that Allah is the owner and giver of life, we pray that the Almighty Allah give the entire family of former President Buhari the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss".

Oginni, however, said the entire members of New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) commiserate with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the entire Nation on the demise of former President with prayers for God's grace and protection for President Tinubu and members of his cabinet.
