Omolewu greets Oyo APC Chairman, Abass, on his new appointment

Former Chairman of Ibarapa North Local Government, Hon Tunji Omolewu, has congratulated the Oyo State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Alhaji Olayide Abass on his appointment as the Board Chairman of Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kaduna.

The Former Chairman of Oyo State Hospital Management Board is one of the eminent Nigerians recently appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Omolewu, in a statement by his media office, described the appointment of Abass as well deserved and remarkable.

The Igangan born politician popularly known as 'Konko Jabele' explained that the APC leader has the prequisite to deliver on his new national assignment.

The APC Chieftain added that the appointment again showed the mastery of President Bola Tinubu in picking the right candidates for every exalted positions.

"Let me specially congratulate our indefatigable Chairman of the All Progressive Congress in our dear state, Alhaji Abass Olayide on his well deserved appointment."

"The appointment has again proved that your appointment as the head of affairs of a progressive party in the Pacesetter State is not a mistake but a testament to your proven leadership qualities.

"Beginning from the old and defunct Ifeloju Local Government Areas as the chairman to other public services had provided you with the needed wealthy experience to fit perfectly into the new tasks of your appointment.

"We are confident that your appointment will bring the desired significant development to the hospital and the nation's health sector" Jabele admonished.

Omolewu, however, asked residents of Oyo State to continue supporting Tinubu's administration ahead of APC return to the Agodi Secretariat in 2027.
