Ogun NUJ Chairman, Olanrewaju, congratulates Women Journalists on IWD

The Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ogun State Council, Comrade Akinwale Olanrewaju, had extended heartfelt congratulations to the Executive and members of the National Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) in the State.

According to him, the women journalists in the state under the leadership of Comrade Sekinat Salam Opebiyi, are special, remarkable and courageous.

Olanrewaju, in a statement by the Council Secretary, Comrade Bunmi Adigun, to commemorate this year's International Women’s Day, wished all women journalists a joyful celebration filled with health and prosperity.

Olanrewaju asked Nigerians to continue supporting and uplifting women in journalism and beyond.
