Hon Adepoju 'Ibarapa Kan' unveils plans to build modern Town Hall, other projects in Igangan

 


House of Representatives Member representing Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency, Hon. (Dr.) Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, has said that he is concluding plans to upgrade and reconstruct the existing Igangan Town Hall into a modern town hall.

According to the national lawmaker popularly known as Ibarapa Kan, the State-of-the-art project, will also include vocational and examination centres in the town.

Adepoju, who announced the plans while speaking on a radio programme monitored by the NEWSREPORTER, said the projects will be concluded in the next few months.

The Ibarapa born politician explained that the projects are part of his achievements in the areas of the infrastructure, education, electricity and other social development projects in the constituency.

He added that the projects will enable the residents, especially the youths and students to have social events, vocational skills acquisition and examination centers, among other activities.

According to him, he will ensure that no stone is left unturned in fulfilling his electioneering promises to his constituency comprises five principal communities: Igboora, Idere, Ayete, Tapa and Igangan.

"Our administration in the past 21-month has touched several areas including the facilitation of employment for graduates totalling 150, provision of tractors was captured in the 2025 budget for farmers in the constituency and the replacement of all faulty electric poles from Eruwa to Igangan, among others".

"The needs and demands of each community in our Constituency are varied but in our deliberate efforts to bring the dividends of democracy to our people, will will ensure we listen to their yearnings and aspirations to achieve a better Ibarapa Central and North Federal Constituency", he said

Adepoju, however, promised that the project will be completed within the next three months while the installation of transformers in Idere, Ayete, Tapa and Igangan would commence within the next few weeks, as part of dividends of democracy into the Constituency.
