Easter: Ogun Assembly Hopeful, Hon. Adeleye, Greets Christians, Preaches Love, Unity
A 2027 House of Assembly Hopeful for Ewekoro State Constituenc in Ogun State, Hon. Abiodun Adeleye FCA FCTI, has extended warm felicitation with Christians throughout Nigeria, especially those in his constituency as they celebrate Easter.
Hon. Adeleye, in a Easter message he personally signed, said Easter symbolizes enduring values of love, sacrifice, compassion, unity, and the victory of good over evil.
He added that it serves as a timeless reminder of the profound sacrifice made by Jesus Christ for the betterment of humanity and the eternal legacy he imparted.
The House of assembly hopeful urged Nigerians to take time to reflect deeply on their faith, unite for the progress of the nation, and extend a helping hand to one another in upholding principles of goodness and justice.
He also called on Nigerians to use the opportunity of this year Easter to pray President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Nigeria.

"With hearts full of joy and thanksgiving, we celebrate the glorious Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Easter proclaims the victory of life over death, light over darkness, and hope over despair.
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” (1 Peter 1:3)
"The empty tomb is a divine assurance that our faith is not in vain. Christ has conquered death, and in Him we have the promise of new life. This is the foundation of our hope and the strength of our witness as the people of God.
"As we celebrate this sacred season, let us not only rejoice but also reflect on the call to live as resurrected people, walking in holiness, demonstrating love, and proclaiming the good news of salvation to the world.
"May the power of the Resurrection renew your strength, restore your joy, and grant you victory in every area of your life. And may the peace of the risen Christ abide with you and your household now and always.
He emphasized that the resurrection of Christ is a symbol of hope and renewal, noting that Nigerians should draw strength from it, especially during these challenging times marked by economic hardship and insecurity.
In his words: "I want to urge us to reflect on His selfless love and sacrifice. Now more than ever, we must extend compassion to one another and remain hopeful. There is light at the end of the tunnel.”
“I urge everyone to remember our president, governor, State and country in prayer. May God bring peace, security, and ease to our land" he concluded
He therefore prayed for God’s blessings upon all his constituents, wishing them a peaceful, joyful, and healthy Easter celebration.
