Armed Robbers Attack Adegbodu Twins’ Home Eight Days After Taiwo’s Burial
Armed robbers have invaded the residence of Adegbodu Twins family barely eight days after the burial of Taiwo Adegbodu who died last March.
The ugly development has again thrown the family which is just coming out of the tragic incident into a fresh distress.
Deceased Twin Brother, Kehinde Adegbodu, who narrated the incident in a 10-minute video posted on his verified Social media handle, said the robbers stormed their home at a time when he was away in Osogbo.
Adegbodu explained that the intruders operated calmly and even put a phone call across to someone right in the presence of his family members to confirm that he was not at home.
He added that the robbers eventually carted away his clothes and other personal belongings while appealing to those behind the act to stop targeting his family.
According to him, contrary to assumptions, the family is not in possession of any large sums of money.
"Over ₦41 million donated after Taiwo’s death was spent on financing his brother’s burial while the remaining funds were used to furnish their ongoing building project.
Adegbodu pleaded with the perpetrators to allow the family mourn in peace, stressing that there is no money at home or in his bank account for anyone to steal.
