Ogun NUJ Celebrates Abeokuta North LG Boss, Lanre Sodipo, At 50
The Ogun State Council Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) have joined family, friends, associates, and the good people of Abeokuta North Local Government in celebrating the 50th birthday of the council Chairman, Dr. Lanre Sodipo.
According to the council, Sodipo is an outstanding administrator and visionary leader whose style of governance has redefined the face of local government administration in Ogun State.
State's NUJ Chairman, Comrade Wale Olanrewaju and the council secretary, Comrade Bunmi Adigun, in a congratulatory message, described his age attainment as landmark.
"Since assuming office as the Executive Chairman of Abeokuta North Local Government, Dr. Sodipo has consistently demonstrated uncommon dedication, transparency, and innovation in grassroots governance. His administration has been marked by the delivery of critical infrastructure, people-focused programmes, and reforms that have brought government closer to the people.
