BREAKING NEWS: Buhari's Body Finally Laid To Rest In His Daura Residence

The body of the immediate past President Muhammadu Buhari has finally been laid to rest in his country home, Daura in Kastina State.

Earlier, President Bola Tinubu had received the body of the former leader after being airlifted from London where he died on Sunday July 13 at the age of 82.

The body was immediately moved to his residence in Daura where Muslim prayers was conducted before the burial.

Some African leaders joined Tinubu to give Buhari the state burial.

Buhari was given the last respect by the military while dignitaries across all sectors also attended the burial to pay their last respect.
