Olori Odo 'Omolewu' congratulates Asigangan as Ranking Member of Oyo State Obas Council

 

The Olori Odo of Iganganland and the Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Tunji Omolewu, has congratulated the Asigangan of Iganganland, Oba Abdulrafiu Adeniyi Olaniyi Ariwoola (Aako 2) over his elevation as ranking member of the Oyo State Council of Obas and Chiefs.

Asigangan has been elevated to the position of Vice Chairman of the council in the recent amendment of the Oyo State Council of Obas and Chiefs Law.

Omolewu, in a congratulatory message he personally signed, described the elevation as well deserved.

The Politician and Business tycoon popularly known as Konkojabele, also extended his heartfelt congratulations to the sons and daughters of Iganganland home and abroad.

Olori Odo said while the development is a call to serve, he has the assurance that Asigangan will use his experience to further deepened the culture and traditions in Ibarapaland and Oyo State.

"While I believe the position comes with enormous responsibilities, I don't have a doubt that our revered Kabiyesi will live up to expectations in the new role

"He will bring to bear his wealth of experience and knowledge of the culture and traditions to bring unity to the communities under his watch in Ibarapa North as the permanent Chairman 

"I can only appeal to my people in Igangan and in the entire Ibarapa North Local Government Area to give Kabiyesi the maximum support needed to succeed in new role.

Omolewu prayed to God to continue granting Oba Ariwoola the sound health and mind as well as peaceful reign to deliver on the mandate given to him.
