Ogun Farmer Abandons Wife, Triplets in Hospital Over Hardships in Yewa Axis

A farmer, identified as Seun Idosu has allegedly abandoned his wife and a set of newly born triplets in the hospital in Yewa axis of Ogun State.

NEWSREPORTER gathered that Idosu upon receiving the good news about his wife's delivery of triplets allegedly absconded from home and failed to show up at the hospital.

His wife, identified as Fatimoh Idosu, has given birth at a private hospital in Gbokoto Area of Yewa South Local Government Area of the State.

According to the source, Idosu's whereabouts is yet to be known since Saturday when the news was broken to him due to his current financial status.

The development has caused confusion in the health facility as the hospital has raised the alarm to launch a manhunt for the fleeing father of three.

Another source who is privy to the family, said Idosu felt unhappy because he has two children before his wife gave birth to the triplets.

“But instead of celebrating the joyous occasion; her husband, who had been murmuring about his financial state and situation fled, abandoning her wife with no financial support to care for the babies,” he said.

Mother of the children, Mrs Idosu, has now send an appeal to the state and local government, as well as philanthropists and charity organizations to come to her aid.
