The Olubadan Advisory Council has dismissed two Mogajis.

The two sacked compound heads are Chief Musilu Yekini Olaoye of Peluseriki compound, Isale Osi, Ibadan and Chief Rasaki Funso Ayinde Oguntobi of Oloola Ogungbesan compound, Bode, Ibadan.

Chief Press Secretary to the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Solomon Olugbemiga Ayoade, in a statement, said the termination of their appointments takes immediate effect.

Ayoade explained that the removal was approved by both the Olubadan Advisory Council and the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin.

He added that the appointment was terminated as a result of the protest against their appointment by family members and other offences detrimental to their position as Mogajis.
