"Please Review Our Illegal Suspension, Dismissal" - Former Gateway ICT Poly Staff Beg Rector


Some former Staff of Gateway ICT Polytechnic Saapade in Ogun state have appealed to the Rector of the institution, Dr. Kehinde Oseni and the management to review their alleged illegal suspension and dismissal.

According to them, there is need to review the cases of some staff that were suspended and wrongly dismissed without any official communication by the former administration.

Leader of the group, Owolabi Falana, in an open letter to the Rector on the occasion of his second year in office and made available to newsmen, congratulated Dr Oseni on the celebration of his two years in office.

Falani explained that the affected former staff appreciated his leadership and commitment to the institution since he assumed office.

He further stated that the members believed that reconciliation and reinstatement could foster a more harmonious work environment.

According to him, while the Rector’s leadership has shown promise, they look forward to seeing positive developments in the coming years

Dear Dr.Kehinde Oseni

Congratulations on completing two years in office! We appreciate your leadership and commitment to our institution.

As you celebrate this milestone, we humbly request that you consider reviewing the cases of suspended staff members and those that were wrongly or assumed dismissed without any official communication.

We believe that reconciliation and reinstatement could foster a more harmonious work environment.

Your leadership has shown promise, and we look forward to seeing positive developments in the coming years.
